Licensing?

Has the license changed to LGPL yet?

Also, do the Forums run on the latest version of JBoss Portal?

Not yet but I'm not so far from this.

Yes but you have to checkout newest sources from svn repository.

Well it's legal thing and I'm not able to tell you any date. It would be just a guess from my side as not all decisions in this case depend on me because I'm a developer not a lawyer ;-). Nevertheless, this case is one of my priorities.
