    JBCS vs. Apache James

      Hi all,

we are just implementing a mail processing application and are looking for a solution to fit our requirements for a bounce handler. We'd like to have a possibility to catch all incoming bounced mails and to put them in a queue where our bounce handler application could pick them up and process them in some way.

So far we have found 2 candidates which seems to do what we want: Apache MailServer James with its Matcher/Mailet API and JBCS with its MailListener. As we already use a lot of JBoss products inclusive JBoss AC we'd prefer to take JBCS, but now JBCS has moved to http://www.buni.org.

Does somebody know whether the Meldware Mail provides the same functionality as JBCS concerning the above described issue? There is no detailed documentation now on the http://www.buni.org about Meldware Mail (or I didn't found it)...

And maybe there is somebody who has a similar problem, would be interesting for me to find out how you have solved it or plan to solve it.

      Thanks in advance.
