JEMS Installer fails on openSuSe

Hi,

I have an openSuSe Linux 10.2 system and when I try to execute the JEMS installer using the "java -jar jems-installer-1.2.0.CR1.jar"
command line I get the following error:

PackageListener, install.log=/tmp/jems-install.log

(.:4761): Gtk-WARNING **: cannot open display:

And then the program exits. Can someone point me in the right direction?

You need a graphical interface for that.

Or logininto your desktop as root and install jboss

You can run installer in headless mode. See http://wiki.jboss.org/wiki/Wiki.jsp?page=JEMSInstaller
