Problem with redeploying titan.jar (ex04_1)

Hello,

First time after launching jboss:

workbook\ex04_1>ant

Hello,

I checked that problem described above results from installing
Jboss AS using jems-installer-1.2.0.BETA2.jar rather than
jboss-4.0.4.GA-Patch1-installer.jar file.

Thank you so much for posting the solution to your problem!

I've been having this same problem for over a week now, and it's been driving me insane! JBoss help was bitterly disappointing, as usual, and I was running out of options for fixing this.

May I ask how you figured out that you had to change the installer?

Do you know what was wrong with the previous version that was causing this problem?

Oh boy!

I'm having a problem of exactly this nature, except when using:

jems-installer-1.2.0.BETA3.jar

to make jboss-4.0.5.GA ejb3 (non-clustered)

My code, which worked fine under 4.0.4.GA-P1 now exhibits this same one-shot behavior when using a client app calling container logic (stateless session bean with data access methods).

Only by stopping jboss and clearing the tmp & work caches, can I get it running again... for one shot.

I hope JBoss coders see this post.

Yep, exact same problem here. It happened when I changed the interface of my class and deployed the new jar to JBoss. Had to restart the server and delete the ejb jar for the problem to go away.

I am facing the exactly the same problem. My comments:
- It worked on JBoss 4.0.4.
- I can confirm that after restart of JBoss, it works.
- It seems to me that very similar problem is discusses here (http://www.jboss.com/index.html?module=bb&op=viewtopic&t=92170), but there is not hint how to fix the problem.
- Another similar issue is here: (http://www.jboss.com/index.html?module=bb&op=viewtopic&t=92689). I tried to use the solution there, but no success.

Have anyone found the solution? It's really annoying.
