Configurable keyStoreProvider, trustStoreProvider, etc. at JaasSecurityDomain level

It should be possible to configure a JaasSecurityDomain instance with a custom keystore provider, truststore provider, keyManagerFactory provider, trustManagerFactory provider, keyManagerFactory algorithm and trustManagerFactory algorithm in order to support complex security environments. A patch has been written, tested and available to be attached to the JIRA issue as soon as it is created.

I think we already have a couple of these things in JaasSecurityDomain, like the factory algorithms, factory providers, etc. If we have missed any property we should definitely include it.

As you have tested the changes, I think you can create the Jira and commit your additions directly.
