I've noticed that when Mojarra 1.2_13 re-loads faces-config.xml in development mode, RichFaces breaks. I'm assuming this has something to do with the fact that Mojarra destroys and re-creates application-scoped objects during this process. Consequently, Mojarra's dev mode is useless -- I still have restart the web app.

Has anyone else encountered this?
