    org.jboss.tools.seam.core.prefs always being updated

The file org.jboss.tools.seam.core.prefs has a hearder like #Thu Jan 28 08:47:57 GMT-03:00 2010 that is always updated to the current date when I reopen the project. This is very annoying when this file is under version control.

What version of JBoss Tools are you using?

How did you create the project?

Could you describe the steps to reproduce it?

I tried following steps in the latest JBT CR2 (nightly build):

          - Created a new Seam Web Project (EAR) via New Seam Web Project wizard.

          - Opened <project>/.settings/org.jboss.tools.seam.core.prefs

          - Opened a few xhtmls and saved them after some editing.

          - Closed the Eclipse.

          - Opened it again.

          - Opened <project>/.settings/org.jboss.tools.seam.core.prefs

          - It wasn't changed since creation.

          - Colsed/re-opend the project. Nothing changed.

It´s been very hard to reproduce it. I closed and opened the project 10 times in a roll and in only 2 of them the file was updated.

I´m using JBT CR1 and created the project with the Seam Wizard using Maven Integration. I will try others step combinations and try to reproduce it consistently.
