I have the exact same problem
followed the userguide step by step
and also checked, the file is not in the .zip download file
Please keep me updated
same problem for me. any one found any solution?
getting the file from the source?
O and I also tried copying the file into the right place and then doing the build
also doesn't work
If it is not in the build at all then obviously the build script is wrong. Adding it somewhere and doing a build does not solve that. I meant putting it in the correct place in the *installed* jbpm
yep, but where?, without a deeper technical understanding of the project and their build structure your'e basically just poking in the dark.
plus it might be part of a bigger issue, we are not sure if the cfg.xml file is the only thing that's missing, you might get the web editor widgets
enabled but the core engine functionality is also missing.
I'd rather wait for the original developers to have a look at it.
same place would be e.g. next to the jbpm.jpdl.cfg.xml/jbpm.cfg.xml or just somewhere on the classpath.
Waiting is a choice but it might not work before 4.4 then... Not sure...
but Dawid from where did you get that jbpm.bpmn.cfg.xml ? did you write it yourself? anyways Ronald is absolutely right that we need to place this xml where jbpm.cfg.xml already exists in ur workspace.
i got the cfg.xml file from their (jbpm) source code and like Ronald suggested i copied it next to the jpl.cfg.xml file before trying to rebuild the distribution.
just a bit of background for what i want to use this for, we are trying to create a workflow solution for an investment bank. so we need a stable and reliable product becuase breakdowns can have reputation and financial implications
that's why i'm hesitant to unjar the deployment file and manually copy it in because it is very risky
bringing it back to that their must be a problem with the build which is why i'd rather wait for the jbpm guys to have a look at it
Update maven for jbpm4.4
Now, add dependeny
Now, pass the jbpm.bpmn.cfg.xml does not exist
