I would like to ask if JBoss AS has a concept of shared libs implemented?

Is it possible to define a set of libs, for example commons-* or project specific that can be shared between different applications on the same server/cluster but not for all of applications on that cluster, meaning that on application level administrator can decide if shared libs should be available for given application.

In that scenarion quite big number of jar files could be removed from ear file and placed on application server level that is a target runtime.

Similar concept is available in WebSphere AS.
