How to Enable Outside Web Access

I successfully installed (just copy and run init_redhat.sh) JBoss AS 5.1 in Centos Linux 5.4 (a variation of Redhat Linux). I can acces JBoss at http://localhost:8080/

However, I CANNOT access it at http://192.168.1.100:8080/

Even though I have turned iptables and ip6tables down

Is there any special configuration required to make it available to the public?

Thanks a lot for your reply. I edited jboss_init_redhat.sh and changed JBOSS_BIND_ADDR to be "-b 0.0.0.0". It works now.
