I use this code to hide the buttonIcon of rich:calendar:
However, I have thought, that buttonIconDisabled="true" would also disable/hide the icon, but this is not the case.
this attribute is for definition of icon for disabled button.
actually this not designed.. so use workaround with css. we will consider this while moving with 4.x thanks!
ahh okay. I misunderstood that.
will not display the calendar-button,
BUT when using this css-class,
the calendar-popup is displayed at the left side corner of the page and not below the text-box. (setting up direction-property does not help)
instead display none?
With visibility:hidden, the icon is hidden and the calendar-popup is properly shown under the text-box.
However, the icon itself is not rendered, but the space, which is needed for the icon is rendered.
I'm in the same situation .. I want to use the component rich: calendar but not display the icon, I just want to show the inputText ..
some advances on this?
