    JSF Runtime profiles - about to check in

      I'm nearly ready to check in changes to support switching jsf-runtimes, by using profiles.

       

      The default configuration changes nothing and leaves it at RI versions 2.0.3-SNAPSHOT.

       

      The other options are:

       

      • JSF RI 2.0.2
      • Myfaces 2.0.0
      • Myfaces 2.0.0 API, and JSF RI 2.0.3-SNAPSHOT

       

      These are switched by using -Djsf_profile=[ri_202|myfaces|mix]

      BTW - only the current configuration is working completely
