1. Re: infinispan 4.1-beta1 tutorial demo generated data does not show in all
cbo_ May 26, 2010 10:04 PM (in response to gisellas)set fetchInMemoryState=true for the relevant cache (either namedCache section or the default section) in your config file.
For example:
<namedCache name="MyCache"><clustering mode="replication"><async asyncMarshalling="true"/><stateRetrieval timeout="20000" fetchInMemoryState="true"/></clustering></namedCache> -
2. Re: infinispan 4.1-beta1 tutorial demo generated data does not show in all
gisellas May 27, 2010 11:32 AM (in response to cbo_)I am just using the out of the box demo program where it is claimed that I should see the changes in all nodes. This is the demo configuration for all "nodes".
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<infinispan
xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"
xsi:schemaLocation="urn:infinispan:config:4.0 http://www.infinispan.org/schemas/infinispan-config-4.0.xsd"
xmlns="urn:infinispan:config:4.0">
<global>
<transport clusterName="demoCluster"/>
</global><default>
<clustering mode="distribution">
<l1 enabled="true" lifespan="60000"/>
<hash numOwners="2" rehashRpcTimeout="120000"/>
<sync/>
</clustering>
</default>
</infinispan>So the clustering mode is "distribution" not "replication" as per your suggestion. Will your suggestion also work for distribution?
Thanks!

manik Jun 2, 2010 12:43 PM (in response to gisellas)Use replication rather than distribution if you want to see changes on *all* nodes.
