i am trying to present in the same table two kinds of objects (master-detail) so i m trying to get a layout similar to the one at:

the difference is that i want to use rich:extendedDataTable instead of rich:dataTable ... which does not seam to work.

do you have an working example?
is it not possible to achieve this with rich:extendedDataTable (if no, will it ever be? any idea when?)

A very nice component will be treeTable with the extendedDataTable functionalities...any idea if richFaces will add it soon?
