Install Error

I'm trying to get Jopr installed on my machine and have run into a problem right out the gate. I go to run the command "rhq-server.bat start" and it quickly quits and reports the following:

The rhqserver-FTDASM service is not installed - The specified service does not exist as an installed service. (Ox424)

FTDASM is my computer's/host's name

I'm running on XP (sp3) and cannot figure out what I am supposed to do from here to get this service up and running, seeing as it doesn't exist.

Other information:

Database: Oracle 11g and Enterprise Manager 10r5

System: XP (sp3)

Installing: RHQ 3.0.0B5 since Jopr comes on this

Well, server is installed and the service is up and running, now when I go to the base address - http://localhost:7080/ I get a .jsp error.

An error occurred at line: 6 in the generated java file
Only a type can be imported. org.rhq.enterprise.installer.ServerInformation resolves to a package

And then it gives me two subsequent errors that are based off of not being able to be resolved to a type.

I'd give the stacktrace but I'm installing this on a machine w/o internet access, and that isn't networked.

Could this error be being caused by IE:7?
