How to display output value in inputbox ?

Hi All

This may be a strange question. I have a perfect working <rich:suggestion> box with an <h:inputText> for search and an <h:outputText> for selected results. The question is how can I use the same <h:inputText> box for search and for out puting the results so there is no need for <h:outputText>. ????

1. Bind a receiving value to the inputText:

<h:inputText value="#{mybean.myValue}" />

2. Submit the value and after altering it in the bean rerender the field while keeping the bean alive.
