Dispose csv or excel content

Dear All,

I would like to flush CSV or excel data to client and I do not want browser to open in its editor

i.e Iwant the browser to provide pop up for user so that user can save the file and open it.

But with my code whatever be the content type or header, its opening in same window.

Can you tell me how to provide pop up for user to save flushed data.

Hi,

This won't work in AJAX requests, is that your case?

Yeah that was the happening in my code. I had rich:commandButton for invoking my backing bean, changed that to commandLink and works soooper..
