We are using JBoss 4.2.2 version. All of sudden we are seeing following log statements in server log files

2010-08-19 06:09:24,995 DEBUG [org.jboss.deployment.MainDeployer] Undeploying file:/home/release/r28/thirdparty/jboss/server/default/deploy/jms/jbossmq-destinations-service.xml, isShutdown=false

2010-08-19 06:09:24,995 DEBUG [org.jboss.deployment.SARDeployer] undeploying document file:/home/release/r28/thirdparty/jboss/server/default/deploy/jms/jbossmq-destinations-service.xml

our production team has told that, they havent triggered any manual shutdown etc. could you please let us know what could be the actions which triggered this? Based on this we can figure out if this has been done intentional or unintentional due to some routine checks?
