HornetQ won't start when pre-acknowledge = true

I'm running some network performance tests and decided to test the effects of pre-acknowledgement.

So I added the <pre-acknowledge> entry into hornetq-jms.xml.

If I set the value to "false" hornetq starts up and runs as expected. However, if I set the value to "true" hornetq doesn't start up. Instead the JVM exits. The logs are showing hornetq starting successfully in both cases.

Any ideas?

Unless you post your logs, config and give some information about what version you're using and what steps you took to cause the issue, it's going to be really hard for anyone to help.
