JBoss Tools has the same functionallity as Studio for this.
What version of JBoss Developer Studio are you looking at ?
I wrote badly in the original post: this feature is present in JBoss Developer Studio where I have not to add manually classes. Giovanni
but Developer Studio 3 contains JBoss Tools 3.1 so must work there too
Are you saying it doesn't ? what version of JBoss Tools are you trying out?
JBoss Tools 3.1.1.GA Stable Release I mean in JBoss Studio Developer 3 when I use Deployment Tab for JBpm I have not to add all the resources in a manaul way.
We have changed the way things worked because we wanted to remove a lot of the hocus-pocus that happened previously. Adding classes and resources to process deployment archives should be considered carefully and used only in a limited way. It should be realized that each of those classes and resources will be added to the process database for each version of the process. With the previous approach clicking a checkbox could result in inadvertently adding megabytes of classfiles to the archive. This is not desirable.
Now if you still want to add a lot of classes and resources to your process archives, the advised way to do this is using ant scripts. Constructing the process archives then becomes as easy as running the script.
Hope this helps,
Hi Koen, thanks for your answer and motivations. Now that you explained to me the reasons I think it's reasonable and maybe better to have a manual look at what you really want to export. Thank you very much! Giovanni
