I have an application developped with liferay and deployed on Jboss 5 application server and I have to monitor this application(.

I need a description of Jboss metrics that can be monitored(threads, jdbc connections, transactions, memory ...).

Also, I need a screen shot of the architecture of an application which is deployed on jboss(a simple graph that show how is the application is deployed in the server).

Can you help me please?
