inputNumberSpinner tabIndex

Hello,

inputNumberSpinner tag seems to generate two tabIndex. One for the inputTextField and a second for the up/down arrow part.

When I do a tab on the component, I do not go to the next field but I go to up/down part of the inputNumberSpinner component.

So I have to tab twice to go to the next field.

Is this the normal behavior ?

currently it works as designed. you could rise RFC on that and if it will be highly voted it should be no problem to implement this.
