Model panel is positioned perfectly in IE8 and FF3.6.12, right in the center of the browser, no matter how long the webpage is.

But in Chrome 7.0.517.41, it displayed ok if my page is short, but not in the center. But if the page is very long, I can not see it, because it is "below" my screen, even I scroll down I can not see it, because the scroll bar can control the page under the "cover", but cannot control the model panel. The model panel just stay still in the position where I cannot see it....

I think this is a bug. I see similar problem in the download page of richfaces download before.
