The caption's error  message may occur as a race-condition. Between transaction commits and the timeout-handler.

To get more information about the test environment you may check-out http://community.jboss.org/thread/159659, but in general it's using JBoss with HornetQ and sending around messages, nothing that fancy.

There is a proposed patch attached to HORNETQ-583, which narrows the gap where this bug may occur from like 5 meters to 10 centimeters (use some conversion tool to get it in yards, inch, foot, stone-throw or whatever non-metric unit ;)).
