2. Add h:commandLink or a4j:support to the leaf nodes. You can control node representation by using different rich:treeNode components. Are you using "*adaptor*" tags to build the tree? -

Done... it is OK!<rich:tree id="treeAlfa" switchType="client" nodeSelectListener="#userTree.processSelection}" value="#{userTree.treeNode}" var="item" ajaxKeys="#{null}" icon="none" iconLeaf="none" toggleOnClick="true"> ....
2. Add h:commandLink
Done... It works... but visual aspect was a diferent, due to commandLink renders diferent html content from basic treenode.... <rich:treeNode > <h:commandLink action="#{userTree.executarTransacao}" value="#{item.nome}" type="submit"/> </rich:treeNode> ...
