A4J.AJAX is undefined

Hi guys,

I'm using RichFaces 3.3.1 with JSF 1.2.
I'm trying to handle session expiration and Ajax request error redefining the A4J.AJAX.onError and A4J.AJAX.onExpired functions, as it's shown in the developers guide. But in the browser (IE7, Mozilla 3.0.11) I get error: A4J.AJAX is undefined.

What am I doing wrong?

Hi,

You have to add some AJAX-enabled components to the page for this to work.

add something like a4j:commandButton rendered=false to the page

In the page I have rich:dataGrid, rich:panel - does it count or I'll have to put a4j:commandButton (not rendered) on the page?
