Solaris 10 with apache Tomcat Native libraries problem.

We have two different Solaris 10 with two different patch levels. On one the apache Tomcat Native libraries are causing Jboss web server to slowdown on larger files to the point where we cannot access them. And on the other machine everything works fine. Do you know any Solaris patches that would conflict with the TC Native or any Solaris patch will fix this?

No yet. Have you the sendfile active? Like:
INFO: APR capabilities: IPv6 [true], sendfile [true], accept filters [false], random [true]

we had a somewhat similar problem on solaris 10 where the 2.0.9 native package made all http & ajp requests really slow. suspect there is some solaris specific apr bug in the version bundled with 2.0.9? we compiled / replaced the apr versions in 2.0.9 with the latest apr versions ( apr-1.4.5 / apr-util-1.3.12 ) and everything works fine. note, u will need to recompile libtcnative-1.so.0.1.20 again, even though the version is the same because of dependencies on the apr.

We did the same thing as Frank S (Ankur Patel was in my group) and had successful results. Will JBoss be incorporating this update into the next release?
