I am evaluating HornetQ as a integration framework between a JBoss AS application and a C++ server application. In the user guide is a chapter about limitations by using Stomp, meaning that the message acknowledgements are not transactional. Does it mean that when reliability is mandatory, using Stomp for interoperability is not a good choice? Is it anyway better to wait for the AMQP feature comming in version 2.2?
