1. Setting width for columns in scrollable datatable
mp911de Feb 3, 2011 9:01 AM (in response to javaxchange)Hi there,
1. see <rich:column width="100px"> (relative width not supported!)
2. skip <rich:column sortBy="#{cap.state}">
3. set frozenColCount to your column count
If you want to switch all the cool things off, why don't you just use rich:dataTable wrapped in a fixed div with style="overflow: scroll" ?
Best regards,
Mark

2. Setting width for columns in scrollable datatable
javaxchange Feb 3, 2011 9:16 AM (in response to mp911de)Thanks.
I am able to set the width and hide the sort functionality. But unable to turn off the resizable functionality.
Actually my requirement is freeze the first 5 columns and want a scrolling only for the data in 6th column. I tried the same with the normal datatable with style that you have mentioned. But the scroll getting applied to the whole table. I am unable to freeze the firstcolumns
