Picketlink and Shibboleth integration

Hi,

I am currently trying to integrate Picketlink as ServiceProvider with Shibboleth as Identity Provider. There were some interesting postings on this issue in this forum, see http://community.jboss.org/message/582807 and http://community.jboss.org/message/544414.

I would be happy to know if Nick Newman committed his changes and if there is already a build which I can use to try it. At the moment I am running into the same issues which he already reported.

And a more general question: when will there be the next stable build of Picketlink?

Pick the last posted PicketLink v2 Build.

If you are adventurous, check out http://anonsvn.jboss.org/repos/picketlink/federation/trunk/

and do mvn install to get the jars.

Hi, did it work ? I'm about to start a SSO project with Shibboleth as IdP and I'd like to understand if we can use this approach.

Hi Paolo,

I have not tried the latest version, because I am currently working to integrate another ServiceProvider with a higher priority. There we use mod_shib instead of Picketlink. After this is done, I will continue with the Picketlink integration. If you try the latest version, please post your results here, it will be very interesting for me too.
