figured it out

          added  onRowMouseUp="selectRowT1(this)" on the richdatatable

          and on the jquery that i need to trigger dynamically I used this

          <rich:jQuery name="selectRowT1" timing="onJScall" query="mouseover(function(){jQuery(function() {jQuery(".jqzoom").jqzoom();});    })" />
