2. add menuItem directly on toolbar
sparcipc Apr 2, 2011 7:09 PM (in response to boy18nj)Thanks Aman, I did exactly what you suggested in my original post and it worked. My question is how can I make menuItem label in tool bar to look like dropdown menu item label. Can I apply the dropdown menu label style/appereance to menuItem?
I'd appreciate any suggestions.

3. add menuItem directly on toolbar
boy18nj Apr 2, 2011 7:17 PM (in response to sparcipc)Use the label attribute and icon to give it the same appearance, see if this works for you.
Example-
<
rich:menuItem
label
=
"Save"
action
=
"#{dropDownMenuBean.doSave}"
icon
=
"/images/icons/save.gif"
/>
