How delete spaces in a extendedDataTable when show data?

Hi, I am using an extendedDataTable in a ModalPanel, but when show table if I have 5 rows, with scroller page, between the rows and the control page appears a space.

When use dataTable the show is ok, but when use extendedDataTable show a great space in blank below the rows of data.

How I can delete this space in blank?

extendedDataTable has to be defined with fixed height because it has vertical scroll (in 3.3.x). We implemented "100%" solution only in 4.x. So the easiest way - to set reasonable size for the table.
