Jboss memory consumption increases linearly.
prashanthnagabhushanam May 23, 2011 12:27 PMI have a problem in Jboss, here is the issue :
I am using JBoss jboss-4.2.0-GA as app server, JDK 1.5. with 12 Patch level, and axis2 webservice, so for each web service request service I am creating seperate logs, so the memory consumption is increasing linearly based on the time, we have 1.5 million transactions per day. One more thing is we are rolling the logs every one hour
and also what we are doing is we have a perl script which will run at 2:00' o clock every night, which tars all the old log file contents and tars it, what I see here is once this tar is done the memory consumption comes down.
Also I am attaching the configuration files which are needed to investigate the issue.
The system on which we have the product is

So please let me know what could be the issue.
Also please not that we are running on Red Hat Linux 32 bit processor.
Thanks
