Question:  How can I require users to access a introduction / disclaimer page (.html) before users can access any web applications on my server. 

Expected Result: The users will be required to click an "OK" button on the introductory page before they can access any other web page / web application on the server.  Even if the users try to access a .jsp page directly, they will be redirected to the html page before proceeding  to the .jsp page.

Current Server Configuration:

OS: Windows Server 2008 R2

App Server: JBOSS EAP 4.3

Web Applicaton(s) Loaded:  SAP Business Objects XI 3/3.1

Apache 2.2 is listening on port 443

Open SSL enabled

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
