try to define it outside and use for attribute. calendar evaluates all childs as date cell markup.
<rich:calendar id="cal" zindex="300" style="width:170px" > </rich:calendar> <rich:toolTip for="cal" attached="false" event="oninputmouseover" > nicht attached </rich:toolTip>
but doesn't work
Where do you want the tooltip to show up? On the date input field, or the calendar itself?
attached="false" should be changed to attached="true".
I've tried the code and it works fine.
But the tooltip is showing on the calendar itself.
I want the tooltip to show up on the date input field.
Any suggestions? Thanks.
