<rich:popup> RF4 submit fields and perform action in a popup

Hi guys,

i am desperate solving this issue. i have a popup pabel which opens when i click on a button on my page. there i can edit some fields and finally can click send, so it should submit these fields (set them all), call a bean function, close the popup and refresh the necessary parts of my page.

i tried it in many variations, the last one i used was http://pastebin.com/2FR5jfwv .

I know its not great and i would be very thankful if sb. can help me with this...

1) nested forms not supported in JSF at all

2) popup by default requires separate form inside. or you need to change domElementAttachment attribute value.

okay i changed the code to this: http://pastebin.com/FbyiLH9Z

so one basic form with the page, than close it and open popup. inside popup open another form...
Now the problem is, that the button works only alwys the second time i click it.. so if i click it, the fields are resetted and if i click again, they are saved!
