I tried to install richfaces 4.0.0.Final with maven 3.0.3 .

I followed the procedure as described in development document.

I got.

[FATAL] Non-resolvable parent POM: Could not transfer artifact org.richfaces:richfaces-parent:pom:10 from/to jboss-public-repository-group (https://repository.jboss.org/nexus/content/groups/public/): Error transferring file: Connection refused and 'parent.relativePath' points at wrong local POM @ line 4, column 13
