JSTL 1.2 moved in maven repo (urgent).

Hi all, I believe building is broken (I can't verify this myself only got crap gprs connection) but according to a post http://community.jboss.org/thread/168221?tstart=0 on the user forum and this issue https://issues.sonatype.org/browse/MVNCENTRAL-71 oracle has moved renamed and moved the jstl library see the last comment on that issue for the TWO new artifacts an api jar and an impl jar.

If someone can verify that a build with a clean local maven repo is foobar or not that would be great.

I've verified that the build is indeed broken, will update the dependencies now and submit a pull.
