Hi folks,

Kudos to Tom Fennelly for the recent video on JAXB.

Written doc is great, but a video like this once in a while is a BIG help.  I say that because in the course of watching Tom's video I learned about 50 things he *didn't even mean to explain* but still conveyed in the course of explaining what he wanted to show. 

Please consider doing more of these, from different developers.  (Everybody manages their environment a little differently, uses different features of tooling, etc.)  Getting to look over someone's shoulder like this is a *great* way to de-mystify some parts of the project and build user enthusiasm.
