There's a bug in this demo you might want to fix.

The UploadedImage support class never saves the file name, so the rendered display always shows an empty name for uploaded files.

It would also be helpful to say something about this class in the description. I eventually found it by downloading the demo source code, but it's not immediately obvious that this isn't another framework class. Probably simplest to just show it in the demo.
