smarlow Jul 14, 2011 4:58 PM (in response to carlosrgomes)Which version of Hibernate are you using Hibernate search with? Hibernate4 is included with AS7. During application deployment, if JPA use is detected in the application (e.g. contains a persistence.xml), the Hibernate 4 module is automatically injected into the deployed application classpath.
A similar (but different error reported) issue is at http://community.jboss.org/thread/169410 (in case you want to follow that discussion as well).

carlosrgomes Jul 15, 2011 7:35 AM (in response to smarlow)Hi Scott, thanks for the help.
I had an application running in jboss 6, this application uses the provider to hibernate 3.x.x. (jpa 2).
From what I understand hibernate search does not work in jboss 7?
There is the possibility of giving priority jboss7 libs instead of the applicationmodule?

smarlow Jul 15, 2011 9:18 AM (in response to carlosrgomes)http://in.relation.to/Bloggers/JBossAS7AndHibernateWhatsUp mentions some status of the Hibernate Search 4 effort (which will support Hibernate Core 4). Please read http://community.jboss.org/message/615465#615465 about trying the latest Hibernate Search 4 snapshot with your application.

Yes, others are reporting that Hibernate Search 3 is not working in AS7.
I'm working on a way to allow Hibernate 3 JPA applications to run on AS7.1. Once I have that working, perhaps you could try it.

carlosrgomes Jul 15, 2011 9:53 AM (in response to smarlow)Thanks Scott!
I have another question, how do I access the application without the localhost?
