Gatein sample-ext.ear and starter.ear

Are both missing from Gatein source files, and cannot be located. Documentation claims that they are in sample directory of source files?! I can not deploy sample extension without these files.

You can find sample-ext.ear here.
And starter.ear here.

After you build the portal (instructions for that are in portal/trunk/README.txt) you'll find .ear files in 'target' subdir of the directories mentioned above.
Actions
