I have merged Notify component into Components develop.

Notify has been contributed by Bernard Labno.

Notify is based on jquery.pnotify plugin.

From original implementation, I have made some changes into attribute naming (position, direction and method instead of stackDir1, stackDir2 and push). With position in place, it is not necessary to define position by using styleClass anymore.
