One of our users is having an issue using rich:fileupload component in flash mode. The Add Files button is enabled but when he clicks on it, nothing happens. I mean the window to select files from the local system does not show up. He is using IE7 and we are using rich faces version 3.3.3.Final. We tested using allowFlash=false and the Add Files button works for him.

Please provide any suggestions on how to debug this issue.
