If you want have to run different JVMs you can start a JBoss cluster.
What is the reason of your question? Do you want to separate applications because of same classes. Or avoid influence?
What you want to achieve?

I want that i can configure more than one jvm on one Jboss AS as we can do on websphere application server.

With JBoss you might able to separate the application classloading, see http://community.jboss.org/wiki/JBossClassLoadingUseCases.
But there is no ability to start complete separated JVMs that one JBoss server starts deploy applications in complete different JVMs.
