    RichFaces 3.3.1 GA and upgrade to JSF 1.2

    Steve Whatmore Newbie

      Good morning,

      I just recently upgraded to JSF 1.2 in support of another library that I am using and am having problems with the following on Tomcat startup:

      - Reading config jar:file:/C:/Projects-3.5/.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.wst.server.core/tmp0/wtpwebapps/PureFees/WEB-INF/lib/richfaces-impl-3.3.1.GA.jar!/META-INF/faces-config.xml

      - Parse Error at line 2 column 14: Document root element "faces-config", must match DOCTYPE root "null".

      My faces-config has been upgrade appropriately and the top two lines are:

      <?xml version="1.0"?>
      <faces-config xmlns="http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/javaee" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xsi:schemaLocation="http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/javaee http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/javaee/web-facesconfig_1_2.xsd" version="1.2">

      Thus I am assuming that my upgrade to JSF 1.2 is correct (since it is very simple upgrade BTW).

      Does anyone know what could be causing this.

      Whatty
