I am currently using JBoss5.1.0, Hibernate, and Oracle 11i database. The thin driver I am using is ojdbc6.jar.
Occasionally I am seeing "java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01010: invalid OCI operation”.
When this problem encountered, the query triggered this error is neither querying partition table or using encrypted connection.
The datasource setting is as follows:
<xa-datasource-class>oracle.jdbc.xa.client.OracleXADataSource</xa-datasource-class>
<xa-datasource-property name="URL">jdbc:oracle:thin:@192.168.56.101:1521:orcl</xa-datasource-property>
<xa-datasource-property name="User">conuser</xa-datasource-property>
<xa-datasource-property name="Password">conpassword</xa-datasource-property>
<max-pool-size>100</max-pool-size>
The Hibernate persistence properties are:
<property name="hibernate.dialect" value="org.hibernate.dialect.Oracle10gDialect"/>
<property name="hibernate.hbm2ddl.auto" value="none"/>
<property name="hibernate.show_sql" value="true"/>
<property name="hibernate.format_sql" value="true"/>
<property name="hibernate.jdbc.batch_size" value="20"/>
<property name="transaction.flush_before_completion" value="true"/>
<property name="jboss.entity.manager.factory.jndi.name" value="java:/entityManagerFactory"/>
Can anyone please suggest how this problem should be resolved?
Thanks,
Bryan
