How to set additional arguments at start of process

Hi, I am following a tutorial and cant figure out how to setup arguments/[parameters at the start of the process?

I want to these parameters to be evaluated and the the flow is diverges to the correct path based on this argument.. thank you

it is askign me to map soem parameters at the brginning. but I am unsure how to. please assist. Thanks.

I managed to find out where to add the code (in the main thread beforethe ksession.startprocess).
