I need to use a table with fixed header and left column, I will create the columns dynamically. I tried with the <rich:scrollableDataTable> but it can not support <rich:columns> or <a4j:repeat> components inside them. I´m using a <rich:extendedDataTable> and create the columns from an array objects with the <rich:columns> component, but I can't get fixed the first column.

How can I create a table with header and left column fixed, if I dont know the columns number?.
